WHERE IT STARTED

NEW
SPORT.
NEW
STANDARD.

2025 First season

Mia started playing flag football in 2025. She walked onto the field as a new player with a lot to learn.

Routes. Coverages. Reads. Timing. Spacing. The game moved quickly and expected her to keep up.

That was exactly what she liked about it.

Football required her to think fast, communicate, trust her teammates and make decisions under pressure.

Every practice gave her something else to learn. Every game showed her what still needed work.

WHY FLAG

THINK
FAST.
PLAY
TOGETHER.

Flag football asks something different from Mia than Ninja.

On a Ninja course, the result depends almost entirely on what she does by herself.

Football does not work that way.

One player cannot run the whole play. The quarterback needs the receiver. The receiver needs the quarterback. Everyone has an assignment and every assignment matters.

Mia likes that responsibility. She has to know her job, trust the people around her and compete as part of something bigger than one athlete.

Know your job. Trust your teammates. Compete until the whistle.
TWO SIDES OF THE PLAY

THROW IT.
CATCH IT.

01 • QUARTERBACK

Read.
Decide.
Deliver.

At quarterback, Mia has to see the defense, know where the play is designed to go and make a decision quickly. Once she decides, the ball has to come out.

02 • RECEIVER

Run.
Separate.
Finish.

At receiver, the job changes. Run the route correctly. Create space. Track the football. Finish the catch. No shortcuts between the snap and the result.

THE WORK

READ. REACT. COMPETE.

01

Read

See the defense. Find the space. Know the assignment. Understand what the play is asking before the ball moves.

02

React

The defense does not always do what you expected. Recognize the change, adjust quickly and keep the play alive.

03

Compete

Throwing it or catching it, the standard stays the same: commit to the assignment and finish the play.

THE STANDARD

NEXT
PLAY.

Football does not give Mia much time to celebrate the good plays or complain about the bad ones.

A touchdown is over. A dropped ball is over. A great throw is over. An interception is over.

The huddle is already forming.

Learn what you can from the last play. Then put your attention where it belongs: the next assignment.

You cannot replay the last snap. You can execute the next one.
SINCE 2025

KEEP
EARNING
REPS.

Mia is still learning the game. That means there are reads she will miss, routes she needs to run better, throws she needs to make and situations she has not seen yet. Good. That gives her something to work on.
