FAITH IN ACTION

LIVE WHAT
YOU BELIEVE.

Read Scripture. Ask questions. Pray. Then put what you learn into practice.

THE LIVING WORD

READ IT.
KNOW IT.
LIVE IT.

The Living Word started as an app Mia wanted to build. The goal was simple: make it easier to spend intentional time in Scripture and actually use what she learns.

Publishing the app became more complicated than expected. The purpose did not change.

So the parts that matter are here. Read Scripture. Find verses. Work through a study. Journal. Build consistency. Step away from distractions. Test what you know.

You do not need to know everything before you open the Bible. You need to start.

BEYOND THE TOOL

FAITH IN ACTION.

The Living Word is one way Mia is learning. The bigger challenge is what happens after she closes the Bible.

WHAT FAITH MEANS

MORE
THAN
WORDS.

Mia is a Christian. That does not mean she always gets things right.

She gets frustrated. She makes mistakes. She has bad practices, bad competitions and moments when her attitude needs work.

Faith does not remove those moments. It gives her a standard for how to respond to them.

Tell the truth. Own the mistake. Treat people well. Do the work. Ask for help. Try again.

Faith matters most when it changes what you do next.
PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

READ. PRAY. LIVE IT.

01

Read

Spend time in Scripture. Learn what it actually says instead of relying only on what someone else says about it.

02

Pray

Bring the good things, the hard things, the questions and the mistakes to God. Prayer is not only for when something goes wrong.

03

Live It

Belief should affect behavior. How you compete. How you speak. How you treat people. How you respond when nobody is watching.

GOD FIRST

NOT
JUST WHEN
IT IS EASY.

It is easy to be thankful when the competition goes well, the pass is completed or the obstacle clears.

Faith gets tested when the result is not what Mia wanted.

She is learning that God is still God after the miss, after the loss, after the mistake and after the bad day.

The result can change. The standard does not.

Trust God. Own your work. Keep moving.
HOW IT STARTED

THE
LIVING
WORD.

Mia originally began building The Living Word as an app.

The idea was never to pretend she had every answer. She does not.

She wanted tools that would help her read more, ask questions, pray, stay consistent and keep coming back to Scripture.

Age requirements and the process of publishing an app created roadblocks. Instead of letting the project stop, the useful pieces became part of this website.

The platform changed. The purpose did not.
FAITH IN ACTION

KNOW IT.
TRUST IT.
LIVE IT.

Faith does not require Mia to pretend she is perfect. It requires her to keep turning back to God, keep learning what is true and let that truth affect the way she lives.
