TAKE
DEAD AIM.
DO HARD
THINGS.
Mia competes because she likes being challenged. Ninja, flag football and HYROX each demand something different, but none of them reward excuses.
The work is simple: train, learn, adjust and keep going. Some days go well. Some do not. The standard is to come back and work again.
Faith gives her something deeper to stand on while she does it.
FOUR TESTS.
ONE STANDARD.
Ninja Warrior
Read the obstacle. Make the decision. Commit to the move. Miss it, learn from it and get ready for the next one.
NINJA WARRIOR →Flag Football
Read the field. Know the assignment. Throw it or catch it. Compete until the play is over. Then move to the next one.
FLAG FOOTBALL →HYROX
Run. Work. Recover. Repeat. HYROX demands conditioning, strength, pacing and the discipline to keep moving when fatigue shows up.
HYROX →Faith in Action
Faith is not about pretending everything is easy. It is where Mia turns for strength, direction and perspective when things are not.
FAITH IN ACTION →
GRIT
IS BUILT.
Grit is not something you wait to feel.
It gets built when the obstacle wins and you train it again. When the pass misses and you take the next snap. When the workout gets hard and you finish the session correctly.
Results matter. So does how you respond when the result is not the one you wanted.
STAND
ON
SOMETHING.
Mia is a proud Christian. Her faith is becoming part of how she handles competition, mistakes, pressure and the things she cannot control.
She does not have every answer. That is not the point. She is learning to spend more time in God's Word, ask better questions and trust God while she keeps doing the work in front of her.
The Living Word is one way she is putting that faith into action.
